The 2026 NCAPAN State Conference will be held in downtown Asheville at the Embassy Suites
Please be aware that this year’s event coincides with the PGA Tour weekend, which will significantly increase local traffic, hotel demand, and overall activity in the area. Early planning and accommodations are strongly encouraged. Bring your golf enthusiast with you!!
If you are not staying at the Embassy Suites, please note the following requirements to help us plan accurately for meals and events:
• Saturday Breakfast – Registration required
• Sunday Breakfast – Registration required
• Saturday Evening Reception – Registration required
If you are staying off site and do not want to attend the breakfast or Saturday evening reception you will be able to select that on the registration page.
Registration for the breakfast and reception are Free, but please only register for the ones you are certain you can attend. Your selections ensure we can provide appropriate seating, catering, and a smooth experience for all attendees.
If you are staying at the Embassy Suites your stay includes the Saturday and Sunday breakfast, and Saturday reception automatically.
