Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Multiple Locations Available)

Duration: 13 Week Contract

Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM (Days & Nights)

Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Available Locations in North Carolina: Charlotte, Albemarle, Burlington, Chapel Hill, Concord, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Lenoir, Monroe, Shelby, Wilmington, Winston-Salem, and more.

About the Role:

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract in Charlotte, North Carolina, or other locations across North Carolina and the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze health data to identify needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to evidence-based practices and maintain a culturally sensitive care environment.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License (or temporary license per state/NLC regulations).
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Med/Tele.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Telemetry and medical-surgical nursing expertise.
