Salary $34 - $48 per hour

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

Deliver bedside care for patients with conditions like COPD, diabetes, pneumonia, renal failure, and behavioral health

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care

Educate patients and families on health status, medications, and care plans

Use data and clinical judgment to assess and prioritize patient needs

Participate in unit goals, quality improvement, and shared governance

Work variable shifts with flexible scheduling options

Skills You Need

RN license in North Carolina

BLS certification

Graduation from a nursing program

One year of nursing experience

Strong communication and critical thinking

Comfort with EHR systems and bedside testing

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
