August 1st is just around the corner, and it saddens us that we have not receive one nomination for NCAPAN Nurse of the Year. We know they are out there. We just haven't met them yet. This is where you come in. 

The nomination form is below. Please take a few minutes and complete the form for someone you know that is deserving to become the next NCAPAN Nurse of the Year. The nomination form is very easy to complete and should not take long at all.
